    Hey there! I'm Cathy Connors, a free spirit with a passion for exploring the world one mile at a time. You'll often find me behind the wheel of my trusty motorhome, Gypsy Louise, embarking on epic journeys across the country. Living and traveling full-time in my cozy home on wheels allows me to chase sunsets, seek hidden gems, and embrace the beauty of each new horizon.

    

    My love for adventure knows no bounds, especially when it comes to national and state parks adventures across the country. There's something truly magical about immersing myself in the rugged landscapes, from the towering trees, river and lake front campsites, to the sweeping desert vistas. You can find all of these across the great expanse of the US, not just in well known places. Whether I'm hiking scenic trails, camping beneath the stars, or simply marveling at nature's wonders, I'm always in awe of the world around me.

    As a self-proclaimed foodie, I find joy in the art of cooking, especially while on the road. There's nothing quite like whipping up delicious meals amidst the great outdoors, with the aroma of campfire smoke and the taste of fresh ingredients dancing in the air. From the usual burgers and hotdogs to gourmet feasts, all prepared under the open sky, every meal is a celebration of flavors and a testament to the joys of outdoor living.
